Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your service. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we have outlined the following policy: Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your appointment. Cancellation If you need to cancel your service entirely, we require 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. This helps us offer the appointment slot to other clients in need of our services. Prompt communication about cancellations is greatly appreciated. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Failure to provide the required notice for rescheduling or cancellation will result in a one-hour service fee. This fee accounts for the time reserved for your appointment that could have been offered to another client. The fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
