What services do you offer?
We are currently offering professional services for families, small businesses and senior citizens. From virtual assistant and project management services, cleaning and organization to appointment support and meal prep for seniors and elderly. If you don't see what you need on our services list - just reach out, we will be happy to help.
What are your operating hours?
Operating hours are typically 9AM to 6PM, however you do have the option to select a "customized" plan where we would discuss what your preferred time frames are.
Are your services available on weekends and holidays?
With a customized plan we do offer service on weekends and holidays. ***Additional charges may apply***
Can you handle last minute requests or emergencies?
We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer different packages or service tiers?
YES! We have 3 package options that are pay as you go and they offer monthly support.
How do you ensure the privacy and confidentiality of client information?
Only basic contact information is stored within the website for the purposes of booking and scheduling.
Do you offers services for individuals and businesses?
Absolutely! We welcome small businesses to request our services.
Can you assist with travel arrangements and bookings?
Yes. You would select customized service.
Can you help with event planning and coordination?
Yes. You would select customized service.
Do you have partnerships or discounts with local businesses?
At this time we do not have any partnerships, but as we continue to grow we will be networking and connecting with other businesses in the community.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require 48 hours notice for a service to be rescheduled. It must be rescheduled within 7 days. Cancellations will require 48 hours notice - or we will charge you for 1 hour of the service.
Are there any limitations on the types of tasks or requests you can handle?
All you have to do is ask! We can discuss and create a plan.
Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?
You can view customer testimonials on the website on on our profile in Google.
Are there any additional fees or charges beyond the base service cost?
No. We will always discuss the fees with you prior to your service request.
How far in advance do I need to request your services?
You can view the calendar of availability on the website. Typically 24 hours notice is fine, however if you have a more urgent request - please contact Amanda. ***Additional charges may apply***
How long has your concierge business been operating?
We are a new locally owned and operated business in the area! We appreciate your support.
